RDAS CrossFit is proud to be the first and only CrossFit/Strength and Conditioning facility in the Scottish Borders. We have a modern facility in Tweedside Park, Tweedbank and have no complicated machines. We have functional equipment for a ( possibly different but effective) full body workout.
