The Ettrick Riverside Business Centre is now under the watch of Corespace, following a sale by South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE).
The move sees SOSE step away from social landlord responsibilities and allows Corespace to continue to operate the building as a hub for businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals in the region.
Jane Morrison-Ross, chief executive of SOSE, said: “We are delighted to have reached an agreement with Corespace for the future ownership of Ettrick Riverside Business Centre.
“Finding the right buyer was incredibly important to us. We wanted an organisation with the experience, ambition and commitment to ensure the building continues to serve the needs of businesses across the Borders for many years to come.
“Corespace has an excellent track record of operating successful business centres across the South of Scotland, and we are confident they will build upon the strong foundations already in place at Ettrick Riverside.
“This sale enables SOSE to focus our resources on our core mission of stimulating economic growth and supporting businesses, social enterprises and communities throughout the South of Scotland.”
The business centre will be rebranded as Corespace Selkirk at Ettrick and will offer professional, fully serviced office accommodation.
